Overview
Lance Louis is an offensive lineman for the Chicago Bears, who selected him in the 7th round (246th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft. Louis played tight end and offensive line at San Diego State. Louis is 6-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 300 pounds.
College Career
Louis began his San Diego State career at tight end, after joining the Aztecs as one of the top tight end recruits in the class of 2004. He caught eight passes combined between the 2004 and 2005 seasons.

After sitting out the entire 2006 season with a knee injury, Louis moved to offensive guard in 2007. He played in 8 games for the Aztecs that season, then started 11 times in 12 games in 2008.
NFL Career
Louis was selected in the seventh round (246th overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears. Before the 2009 season, Louis signed a 4-year/$1.791M contract with Chicago.
