Overview
Trevor Canfield is an offensive lineman for the Arizona Cardinals. Canfield was drafted after playing four seasons for the Cincinnati Bearcats. Canfield is 6-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 311 pounds.
Prep Career
Canfield was a three year starter on the offensive line at Western Hills High School (OH). He was a two-star prospect on Rivals.com.
College Career
After redshirting in 2004, Canfield started three games for the Bearcats in 2005. In 2006, Canfield became a full time starter at guard for Cincinnati. As a senior, Canfield played a key role in leading Cincinnati to its first Big East championship and its first trip to a BCS bowl game.
NFL Career
Canfield was selected in the 7th round (254th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He signed a three-year/$1.211M contract with the Cardinals prior to his rookie season, but was cut following the 2009 preseason. He was signed to the practice squad two days later.
